Legal Notice

Payment:
Payment in full is due before any work is started. We promise that your order will be completed in 10 to 14 business days from receipt of payment (unless the product is on backorder or additional changes). Once artwork is approved and payment is made, any changes made to the order will incur a change fee.
Rush Fee:
For orders less than 7 business days in advance (fee depends on the availability of garments, design materials, and order size)

Artwork:
If you need help with coming up with a design, there will be an artwork setup fee (Rhinestones and Vinyl).
Screen Printing Fees:
Artwork $35 and up, if a graphic artist is needed
Color Separation $35 (if your design has more than one color)
Screens $20 per screen (one screen per color in design)

Square (pay by invoice), there is a 3.5% surcharge
Cash (must be received in advance of order production)

Returns:
Due to all products being custom-designed or personalized with a name and/or other unique content, we cannot accept merchandise returns. Please make sure you verify size, color, and design for accuracy before approval of the final draft.

Delivery:
Pick up location for your order is TBD  (by appointment)
Uber package (fee given at the time of transport)
Alternative location available (if time permits) for a delivery charge.
